5月12日「令和」初の羊齧関西イベント「令和ver！春だ！野外だ！羊BBQ大会」を開催しました。
参加くださった皆様ありがとうございました。
当日はさわやかな青空＆快晴！BBQ日和とはこのことですね！
みんなで一緒に羊を焼いて、食べて、飲んでー！のたのしいひと時でした。
ラムチョップをスターターに、厚めに切ってもらったカタロース羊肉を焼いて焼いて～
ソラチとベルのジンギスカンたれを食べ比べてみたり、はたまた羊名人につけたり、クミン塩をつけてみたりとアレンジも楽しみました。
そして運よく北海道展で手に入れることができた羊のソーセージや、旬のお野菜もたくさん焼いて・・・
本当に炭火で焼くと美味しさ倍増ですね！
今回の会場は三好の里バーベキューガーデンでしたが、ここがまたステキなところでした。
設備も整っているので快適にBBQを楽しめます。
自分たちでするにはもってこいです。
